Jess is a highly experienced Project and Workforce Management professional with over a decade of experience in healthcare administration and project management. As the Director - Locum Programs, she leads efforts to provide healthcare services to rural and remote communities across Australia. Her background includes significant roles at Aspen Medical, where she managed the recruitment, training, and deployment of healthcare workers. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and has completed advanced courses in leadership and change management. Known for her strategic planning and team leadership skills, Jess is committed to improving healthcare access and quality in underserved areas. When she’s not working you will find Jess travelling or hanging out with her chocolate lab, Cash.
Robyn Swapp – National Clinical Manager
Robyn Swapp is the Clinical Manager for Aspen Medical's Northern Territory Remote Locum Program (NTRLP) and Rural Locum Assistance Program (Rural LAP). A Registered Nurse with extensive clinical and leadership experience, she leads clinical governance, quality improvement, education, and workforce support, ensuring healthcare professionals are well-prepared to deliver safe, high-quality care in rural and remote communities across Australia. Passionate about culturally safe healthcare and clinician development, Robyn is committed to supporting healthcare professionals to thrive while improving health outcomes for the communities they serve.
Curtis Barriga – LMS & Administration Coordinator
Since joining Aspen Medical in March 2022, Curtis Barriga has built extensive experience supporting learning and administrative functions across the organisation. As LMS & Administration Coordinator for NTRLP, Curtis focuses on the development and management of digital learning solutions, helping deliver effective and engaging learning experiences for staff. His broad exposure to different areas of the business has given him a strong understanding of organisational operations and stakeholder needs. Outside of work hours, Curtis enjoys 3D printing, the gym, and following Formula 1.
Gabrielle Sanna – Credentialing Coordinator/Administrator
Gabrielle joined the NTRLP team in September 2025 as a Credentialing Coordinator/Administrator. Originally from Brisbane, she brings three years of administrative and customer service experience. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, baking, travelling and spending time with her partner.
Kristy-Lee Owens - Workforce Specialist
Kristy-Lee is based out of Darwin and supports the National Manager in driving the Workforce Deployment Team to maintain consistent placement KPIs whilst ensuring the smooth delivery of health professionals going to work in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Kristy has previously served as a soldier in the Australian Defence Force before moving into the private sector, where she has been focusing on medical recruitment, remote health care solutions and workforce deployments for over 14 years.
During her spare time, Kristy enjoys boating, camping, and spending time with her husband and daughters.
Tamara Glynn - Workforce Officer
Tamara is a part of the Workforce Deployment Team and has been supporting health professional recruitment and placements across the Northern Territory since 2024. Based in Adelaide, she works closely with Remote Area Nurses and General Practitioners, helping to place NTRLP’s health professionals in remote communities aligned with their experience.
She is passionate about placing Registered Nurses and General Practitioners within Aboriginal Medical Services and Department of Health locations alike, knowing the difference dedicated health professionals make in remote communities.
She is dedicated to ensuring clinicians are supported throughout their placement journey and have access to resources needed to deliver culturally safe healthcare. With a professional background across recruitment and Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant roles supporting CEOs, she enjoys building strong relationships and connecting with health professionals.
Eden Fox - Workforce Officer
Eden is a part of our Workforce Deployment team based in Townsville and is responsible for ensuring our Remote Area Nurses and General Practitioners have an enjoyable experience on placement. She brings a broad range of knowledge and experience to the role, with her background primarily in public health, health promotion and stakeholder engagement.
She has completed a Bachelor of Medical and Health Sciences, followed by a Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine with a strong focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health.
She is passionate about enhancing the primary health workforce in remote communities to assist with improving health outcomes.
Zoe Ingram - Workforce Officer
Zoe is a part of our Workforce Team and is responsible for securing placements for Oral Health and Ear Health professionals across the Northern Territory. Her previous experience is mostly in customer service, equipping her with the skills she needs to communicate effectively with different parties and foster collaboration. She is eager to help wherever she can, and her passion for equal access to healthcare for all makes her well-suited to the role.
Outside of work, Zoe enjoys volunteering at humane societies to foster feral cats, reading, creating digital art, and visiting her family in Canada.
Kate B - Workforce Officer
Kate joined the NTRLP team in September 2026, bringing a background in corporate support, administration, coordination, and customer service. She was drawn to NTRLP by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in rural and remote communities, particularly by helping make access to medical professionals possible in areas where they are needed most.
Kate looks forward to learning more about the unique needs of rural and remote communities and contributing to a program that connects communities with the healthcare professionals they need.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends. She loves exploring new places, making memories, and enjoying time with the people closest to her
